Q1 : Where is your factory located? How can I visit there ? A : Our factory is located in Longgang Town , Cangnan Country, Wenzhou City,Zhejiang Province, China,about 20 minutes from Cangnan train station and 1 hour from Wenzhou airport .
Q2 : Are you a factory or trading company ? How many people work in your company ? A : We are a factory and we have about 100 workers in our company.
Q3 : Could you provide some samples ? A : Yes, we would be happy to send you samples, for sample will be free , but you need to pay the sample delivery fee.
Q4 : Can you produce according to the samples ? A : Yes, we can produce by your sample your artwork. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q5 : How many days will sample be finished ? A : It needs 5-7 days as normal.
Q6 : How about your lead time ? A : It is according to your quantity. Generally, it need 25 - 30 days.
Q7 : How do you deliver the finished goods ? A : By sea By Air By express. Like the DHL,FEDEX,UPS ,etc .
Q8 : What is your terms of delivery ? A : EXW, FOB, CIF, FCA
Q9 : What's your company payment term ? A : T/T , Paypal , West Union , Trade assurance .
Q10 : What is your terms of payment ? A : T/T 30% as deposit, T/T 70% the balance of the deposit before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
